Flashing adverts

Postby towy71 » Fri Apr 01, 2011 5:32 pm

I hate stuff flashing at me when I'm web browsing, so imagine that such things happen here! I realise that this site has to be monetised in some way but thankfully I have adblock working ;-)

Why I should have to resort to the extra mouse clicks is irksome for an lazy old git like me :P

Uninstalling Flash (or whatever GNU variant you'd bothered with... ) works a treat too :P

Flashblock gives you the choice. :)
I find it a useful partner for Noscript and Adblock Plus.
