Hi All,
Just a small query. I've downloaded all the relevant updates and I'm left with Shorewall saying things that I'm not too sure about.
A window is here, showing all sorts of details, but in the main saying:
Inspecting/etc/shorewall/interfaces
There are three parts to this window:
/etc/shorewall/interfaces:
/etc/shorewall/interfaces.rpmnew:
changes
After these windows, at the bottom it says:
Remove.rpmnew Use.rpmnew as main file Do nothing
I've reloaded before and just chose the Do nothing option, as I knew I'd be reloading the system a few times. however, with everyone's excellent help on this forum, I now feel comfortable to actually start using Mandriva for a while. Although I'm using the Gnome desktop, it seems a bit friendlier.
Any advice is as usual, very welcome.
Sorry to break into the Bank Holiday!
kind regards to all, Pete.
