Woo, thanks for asking. I've been good on the whole, occasionally having a tab in the company of friends but otherwise clean. Still get mild cravings now and then :-/

How fares other tab-quitters?

That is good to hear. Myself, I never started and only smoke if I go to fast :) Always nice to hear someone being able to give it up.

I gave up mini-cigars* and the odd pipe for the sake of my blood pressure. Not sure if the lack of "aaah!" is counter-productive. :(

*Which I took up only because a) unfiltered smokes became illegal and b) all the decent baccy went up in smoke (sic) during the Balkans war, so my nice Gauloises became bland as a guilty politician.
