Suse 9.3 auto-update checker in system tray

Postby chris_debian » Sat Jul 02, 2005 12:13 pm

Hi, all.

I'm using Suse 9.3, but have some how removed the update checker that was in my "normal user" system tray. Obviously as root, I can still check through YaST, but I like the sys tray feature.

Anybody know how to get it back?

Thanks,

Chris.

Not sure about Suse as I don't use it but on Mandriva, to get back anything in the system tray, you right click it and choose Add, in this you get a list like this:

Applet, Application, Panel and Special button.

If I had lost anything I would look here first.
