NFS tutorial?

Postby Rick » Sun Jun 03, 2007 9:29 pm

Does anyone know where to find a tutorial on NFS?
Outside of nfs and samba, what are the alternatives to file sharing on Linux?
Thanks.

I found this a couple of weeks ago and put it in my bookmarks.

I might even get around to reading it sometime.

Google "tldp.org howto nfs"
I know a lot of people slate tldp for it's style, but they're always my second stop for anything new.

I think you might be looking for this site Linux NFS faq which does link out to the Linux NFS-HOWTO (above) but also includes more references.
