IS: One think I HATE about Linux in Off topic

OK, maybe HATE is too strong a word, and of course to hate something, you first have to love it, but anyway, I hate the way the scroll bars on the left hand side of a window work in some apps. Rhythmbox is a right pita {pain in the arse} for this. I would really like it, if when I have a large doc, or whatever, and I click on the scroll bar at the bottom I would really love it, if it just did a page down instead of going right to the bottom of the document or whatever.

Is this easily fixed?

tia, from Alex.
