It's a tough choice, Windows or telephone queue systems, at least I can avoid using Windows. _________________ Unix is user-friendly. It's just very selective about who it's friends are. |

I can avoid telephone queueing systems, that's what the hands free VOIP is for, play games while you wait, then play southpark-unclefu**er.mp3 to them when the answer. Oh the joys of those slow days at work.
Windows is the hard thing to avoid as I have to talk clients in how to 'use' outlook / OE and tell them to configure their damn exchange server correctly so they accidental aren't sending us 1million mails a minute and blaming us for it! _________________ Andrew Hutchings, Linux Jedi
