Hi All
I am from a windows server admin back ground. Of the last few months I have started getting in to Ubuntu and Centos.
What I need, is some sort of tutorial online that will explain or show me how I would setup the equivilant to a pc's on a windows domain so they are authenticated by a server. I can't really seem to find out much about it but may be I ma using the wrong search criteria based on the windows side.
Any help would be great
Thanks |

Try "Samba" as a key word, or "samba domain controller"
Samba is the open-source version of Windows CIFS/SMB networking. _________________ The sig between the asterisks is so cool that only REALLY COOL people can even see it!
