Sorry to moan in this, my first post to Linux Format forums.

It is not a good idea in a basic tutorial to get important bits of nomenclature wrong.

It should be "2's complement", not "2's compliment" throughout the article.

If I feel grumpy later, I might bug you about some of the other spelling blunders, but that touched a nerve for some reason.

Thanks for the article and the mag. anyway.

Looks like someone got hoisted by their spell-checker to accept the wrong spelling.Lot of words in English that can happen with.
