Hi gmport,

You're very welcome. I recently set up unison myself and it proved to be a bit tough. The methods I gave previously (harvested from various parts of the internet and some LXF back issues) we're very helpful, so I thought I'd pass them on. There are essentially three stages: get unison working, get ssh working and get the hosts configured.

Just a brief note for anyone else reading this. Some of the solutions offered in this thread may appear to contradict each other. This is simply because one can configure settings at either the user level or at the system-wide level (eg. the host configuration stage, either in /home/<user>/.ssh/config or /etc/hosts).
