I have tried repeatedly (at least three attempts) to clarify why my subscriber # changed and more importantly to determine why LXF believes my last issue is Sept 2011 (on one subscriber #) instead of Nov 2011 (on the other subscriber #). There has been NO REPLY to ANY of my emails to myfavoritemagazines nor to linuxformat.
I have been a subscriber since mid 2005 yet no one can take time to answer my request. Seems shameful that I would need to expose such a trivial issue in this forum.
Why should I bother to renew? |
