I'm after recommendations for a linux friendly video capture card or USB adapter to work with a standard composite video signal as provided by a CCTV camera.
Also any advice of software to enable time lapse recording, ideally only when movement is detected in the picture and a means of presenting the image within a web page.

| i use a kworld bt878 tv/radio card and it works fine. |
