I have been trying today and yesterday to reply to, and in some cases quote previous posts in an answer to questions and comments made in threads, but both the "quote" and "reply" buttons simply send me to the forum's main start page, so at the moment I can not reply to anything.

Is this a local problem of my firefox setup, or system in general, that could have suddenly appeared, or is it something wrong with the forum itself? Can anyone else get to reply pages or are you able to quote previous posts in answers.

Well, I have made no changes at all and in the last two hours everything has started to work properly again. I have not rebooted or done anything other than disappear from the machine to have dinner and here I am back again, started up Firefox and all is well this time.

I can only assume it is one of those silly but annoying blips which can occur from time to time with no apparent cause, nor any apparent solution; it has simply gone away!
