Particularly when Linus is actually 2x more likely to be a girl and is actually fairly common

Well they also think that Linux is a very popular girls name, and their "Listing of some deceased famous people named Linux" contains someone called "Linux Promotion"  _________________ I have been touched by his noodly appendage. |

Did you follow the link? The blog was talking about the OSDL - Open Source Development Lab which became The Linux Foundation in 2007 The second Pope was Linus, as was the musical son of the god Apollo  |
