Hmm, but as he was born in 1964, I don't think William/Ken waited until Linux was released to choose his name.

Particularly when Linus is actually 2x more likely to be a girl and is actually fairly common

Well they also think that Linux is a very popular girls name, and their "Listing of some deceased famous people named Linux" contains someone called "Linux Promotion"

Did you follow the link? The blog was talking about the OSDL - Open Source Development Lab which became The Linux Foundation in 2007  The second Pope was Linus, as was the musical son of the god Apollo |
