How much patience will customer service have with me?

I am in the second year of subscription (living in the US). After 6 issues (of the second year) I stopped receiving the magazine.
When being sure I missed at least 2 issues I contacted customer support. They told me I actually missed 3 issues and they would send them. I received a thick envelope with 3 issues a few days later (YES!). Now I am sure I missed another 2 issues so my wife called cs today and they said they would send these 2 again. Now I have 1 issue left in my subscription I will probably have to ask for it in about a month.
The question is: If I renew my subscription and the problem continues and let's say after each 2 missing issues I contact customer support will they get tired of me (calling 6 times a year) and at some point stop believing I am really not getting those issues?
Should I just pay the extra price and buy magazine in a store?

Most people giving a gentle poke here are usually satisfied ;-)
still looking for that door into summer
