Do not worry to much.Please attach your flash Drive to the Computer restart it,If it is already on.run Check Disk Utility to your Flash drive.if it Stops Do not worry,Reboot PC.
Surely at the restart USB drive will checked by the CHKDSK and it will fix the driver signing problem with the lost of cache memory.
Then if it works backup your data format it properly.
