Hi there,
I am looking to employ a Junior PHP programmer / web developer who can also build good validated HTML and CSS - and more. (Be good with customers and things like that).
Can you people recommend where I should post my ad? I have already started to post on various sites (gumtree, some colleges) but with little success.

Air it on a London radio station  Simple, doesn't cost the world and reaches many locals. Effective too, as it may not reach your prospective employee directly, but certainly someone who knows that person |
