Why is it that I can't use my user name for comments on frontpage articles? Why is there no login either?

Didn't Mike promise to fix this? It does seem a bit daft that names registered on TuxRadar (or here?) can't be used for comments, but there is no login.

I noted it in my comment on 64-bit DVDs, but the site also stopped me from using my usual username. The "Submit" process refused my post because "This username is already in use"  Am I logged in or not? |
