I have been meaning to ask, what is gangsters moll? I do not even know how you pronounce moll in this case!

As it's probably derived from Molly (a familiar name for Mary, apparently), then it's obviously just pronounced like Molly, without the "y".

Odd thing about poll, is that for voting I say poll, while for chopping the head off a tree, I pronounce it poll - so there.

Probably pronounced with a NY/Brooklyn twist --- as in coorfee for coffe, or cooyb for curb. For example 'It's cooytens for you now Louies'

Ballmer could also be becoming a modern way of pronouncing Troll as well.
