That's useful. The number of times I've dialled an 0870 number, at national rates, only to find I'm talking to someone five miles down the road.

I didn't realise that Warrington was that near to Mumbai!  |

It's easy to tell in Walsall, you just adopt Black Country dialect and if they can still understand you, then the call is local.
