Hello,
The main banner in this website, when I write this entry, is a Microsoft one. It says: "Independent research analyst META Group found that Linux costs are not lower than Windows" :-O
I think that it's funny that a Linux Magazine gets some money from Microsoft. I don't think that this is the best place to put a MS ad.

The best place to put a Microsoft ad not only pays less, it is downright uncomfortable for the recipient
The ads come from an adserver for many Future web sites. MS probably don't realise they are contributing to Linux in this way. _________________ Unix is user-friendly. It's just very selective about who it's friends are. |

Refreshing my page gently replaced the opinion of M$-self declared experts into a breathtaking woman, wearing a nice (although minimal outfit)
m$ sponsoring their opponents... What will be next? Longhorn becoming open-source?

The ad to the side, below the menu, is from Microsoft. It looks like the same series as is currently running on Sourceforge. MS seem really keen to help open source web sites this month |

I don't need software for that. The only time I notice the content of the ads is when someone starts a thread about it.
Maybe Haakin is a Microsoft plant to get their ads noticed |
