Hello, festive greetings to one and all, how do I install all the KDE settings please?

Need a cli command so i can get settings options on separate screens instead of duplicate 1377 ' 768 on laptop and 1280 * 1o24 on vga mnitor. there are currently no settings to change this. kde newbie.64 bit Ubuntu Studio 13.1o Got root shell.... Gnome 3

Go to System Settings > Hardware > Display and monitors. There you can set up muliple monitors. You can set X to use multiple monitors from the command line with xrandr, but then KDE won't know how you want it to use them.
