We can all use Public Conveniences as we wish or not. Windows 8 for that matter and with most MS stuff is destine for the loo.

Anyway you can't get rid of him that way, he just gets flushed into the canal and climbs out again at the Pier. Probably does it himself on the odd quiet Monday evening, just for something to do.
