Hi,
My ubuntu 12.04 install always reverts back to the minimum brightness setting after each reboot. I'm trying to change/set the default brightness settings which are found in /sys/class/backlight/acpi_video0 (I think this is the correct place for that). Whenever I try to save any of the values though, I am unable to save them (even though I am sudo). Some instances, it complains about not being able to save a backup, other instances it just refuses to save.
Why is this?
I'm trying to edit them with sudo and gedit (if it makes a difference).
Thanks. _________________ I codes here: http://notsure.tk |
