| I am thinking of buying a Motorola Xoom tablet from Amazon UK. It will come with Android 3.0 installed. I would like to upgrade to Android 3.1. How easy (or difficult) will that be? Will I need to connect the Xoom to a MS Windows machine? I am asking because I don't have one. I do have Linux (Fedora) laptops. Will be grateful for any comments, suggestions or, advice. |

Do Motorola not provide upgrades? Having bought an Asus pad, I find that they have provided updates to 3.2. They are delivered OTA like the upgrades for Android phones, so you don't need any other hardware to install them. _________________ Bye, Rhakios |
