Sorry can't be much help, but I think you need NDIS Wrapper 0.12 or better.

It's probably a good idea to install the kernel source too - you should be able to get the SUSE package for this, but MAKE SURE it matches the kernel you are running.

Apparently the 03/11/2004 1.00.13.0 D-Link driver works with 0.12

I have a Laptop with a D-Link DWL-G122 USB Wireless Network Adapter. The Laptop is running SUSE 9.2, will all patches/updates loaded. It is a 2 GHz Pentium 4 with 256 MB RAM. I have loaded NDIS Wrapper and added the .inf files and sys files from my windows driver cd. NDIS Wrapper loads the drivers, but states HARDWARE not present.

The version of NDIS Wrapper I am using 0.10, down loaded from the SUSE FTP server.

I have tried to compile a more upto date version of NDIS Wrapper but it complains that my Kernel Source files are missing and will not proceed any further.

I would like to get the LAPTOP running wireless under SUSE 9.2, but I cannot get the USB adapter to load.

The adapter works when I boot the laptop under Windows XP.
