The deskjet 720C should work with any version of Linux. My 710C (which uses the same driver) has been working just fine for about the last 6 years.

I know this might be a long shot but has anyone managed to get the rather antiquated deskjet 720c to work in slackware. I am aware that it requires a fix and i have downloaded this from everyones fave repository http://www.sourceforge.net but as of yet i can not get it to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
