Looks like its just Linksys that the FSF are after. Cisco seems to behave OK with its other branded products. I wouldn't be surprised next year to see Linksys execs suddenly wanting to spend more time with their families, with an out-of-court settlement following soon after.

It's a civil suite no chance of jail time just lots of denaro for the lawyers on both sides

Good, I hope the courts impose penalties similar to what the RIAA demands from music "prates". Cisco CEO and senior executives should be worried about getting the same penalties, 10-years imprisonment, the US likes to hand out to "software pirates".
