I guess you would have tryed E. Raymonds site. It guess it would be the type of thing he'd have stored away somewhere there.&lt;br /&gt;

                                      I'm trying to find an article on this one... it's fairly old news.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I know that some time back (a year a go, or more) Microsoft made it their official policy not to announce new bugs until they are fixed.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
...anyone got links to articles around this announcement?</description>
