Thanks for spotting that -- yes, the form expected to get a user's real name from the website database, but not everyone fills that in. Fixed now!

Also the image link at the top left of this site has too many full stops it is is 'competition..php'

I just spotted 'Your name', it seems the form relies on an optional field in the user profile. I have filled the necessary field and entered the competition.
