He could try Wget for Windows:

http://users.ugent.be/~bpuype/wget/

And use it with the recursive flag.

A friend has emailed me asking if there is a way he can download all the files from his website using windows XP?
I don't have access to a windows box at the moment so I can't do a trial and error test, so if anyone can help I would be very grateful
