                                      You should normally update it using your distro's repositories, not using the TB update feature.&lt;br /&gt;

In my Ubuntu 10.04 running TB 10 after today's update from TB 9 (I have the stable firefox and TB ppa repos enabled) Ido not even have the option to update the whole application in the TB Preferences dialog.  Only the add-ons can be updated that way.</description>

                                      Bird asked me to upgrade, so I followed the link and now have a 17Mb file sitting in my Downloads file.&lt;br /&gt;
I have no idea where to put the file, nor how to install it.&lt;br /&gt;
Help, please!&lt;br /&gt;
